Zycus is a technology solution that V/Line has introduced to manage its procurement sourcing activities, and to also manage contract and supplier information.

As part of the Zycus implementation, we have also introduced the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) portal. ZSN is a secure, online platform that enables suppliers to engage with V/Line digitally.

Zycus allows suppliers to:

• View and update their details online, ensuring accurate and up to date information
• Interact with V/Line digitally
• Access new sourcing events and submit responses online (RFT, RFQ).

Yes, with the introduction of Zycus as our new procurement system suppliers will transition to engaging with V/Line digitally through the Zycus Supplier Network portal (ZSN). ZSN is a secure online platform that allows suppliers to view and maintain their supplier account information, and to participate in tenders and sourcing events. V/Line will use Zycus for sourcing and tender events moving forward. 

What’s different

• Registration: Please register an account with ZSN to view your supplier account information and to participate in sourcing and tender events.

• Account management: Once registered, you’ll have access to view and maintain your account details directly through the platform.

• Participate in sourcing and tender events: Submit responses for sourcing events via ZSN, ensuring a more efficient and transparent process.

Please also note, there will be no change to purchase order and invoicing activities.
