Working from home, job share and purchased leave are just some options employees can access (depending on their role) to assist in achieving a balance between work responsibilities and personal commitments. Some roles are also rostered to provide additional flexibility options for employees.

As a registered training organisation (RTO), V/Line offers several qualifications, many unique to the rail industry. In addition to technical training, V/Line invests significantly in both formal and informal professional development.
